UPS Standard "Days-in-Transit" Map
Approximate number of day for UPS Ground delivery in the U.S.
Orders that do not exceed 3 ounces qualify for USPS 1st Class Mail for a flat rate of $3.00 to US addresses, $7.00 to Canada addresses and $10.00 to International addresses. Products that qualify for this rate are typically those in the Quick Reference Materials category, such as laminated charts and color gels. Up to 4 laminated charts (8.5"x11") can be shipped 1st Class Mail. Please keep in mind that transit times vary by location and there is not a guaranteed delivery date. A US package taking 3 days in June may take 10 days in December. International mail may take 2 weeks and sometimes longer. Tracking is very limited and ends after leaving the US. Special delivery instructions cannot be applied to USPS shipments, such as "Please leave at back door."
UPS shipments will have tracking information emailed to the address submitted with the order once the package has shipped. Tracking for US Postal Service packages is not supplied.
We are required to list the contents of all international packages and the exact total value of your shipment, even if the order is a gift. Any customs, taxes or import duties are your responsibility and are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. We do not take responsibility for goods confiscated by customs officials or by similar authorities. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
