These shipping rates apply only to retail orders.  Wholesale orders can not be placed on our website.  Coupons, discounts, and shipping rates on our website are for retail orders only.  Please see your Wholesale Distributor Agreement for product pricing and shipping rates.

UPS only ships to physical addresses.  Please use a physical address when chosing the UPS 2-Day Air shipping option.

UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.  When shipping to a PO Box please use the $7 flat rate shipping method.
