Returns and exchanges for defective products and errors on the part of Innersource are accepted by emailing our Order Fulfillment Team at email@example.com or calling 541-488-7662. We will send a prepaid return label with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the product.
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Innersource within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping fees. Returned items must include a return authorization number. Email our Order Fulfillment Team at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 541-488-7662 for a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Refunds will be applied to the credit card used to make the purchase. If you paid with a check or cash, your refund will remain a credit on your account.
Items should be returned in their original packaging. Opened items, items showing use or wear and items otherwise not resalable will receive a reduced refund reflecting the decreased value.
We understand that many customers order holiday gifts early, so we've extended our returns period for the holiday shopping season. Items shipped between November 1 and December 31 may be returned or exchanged through January 31, subject to the returns guidelines listed above.
Items that are Not Returnable
Innersource does not accept returns for items purchased from sellers other than Innersource.

If you received a faulty item and wish to exchange it for the same item, email our Order Fulfillment Team at email@example.com or call 541-488-7662 to request a replacement.
If you would like to exchange a new, unopened item for a different product, email our Order Fulfillment Team at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 541-488-7662 to request a return autorization code and to place a new order (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item).
(Please note that it takes 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our order fulfillment center)
Using our Return Mailing Label
The return mailing labels obtained from our Order Fulfillment Team are valid only for returns shipped within the U.S.
Each return mailing label is coded for a specific order. Please do not include items from other orders in the same box or you will not receive the correct refund. Each order must be returned using a separate mailing label with a separate return authorization code.
There is no charge for using our return mailing label if the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you use this mailing label and your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item will be deducted from your refund.
