Energy Pyschology Interactive (EPI) shows clinicians how to stimulate selected energy points on the body at the same time that a psychological problem or goal is brought to mind.

This facilitates—with surprising precision and effectiveness—desired changes in the emotions as well as the neurology related to that problem or goal.

Familiarity with basic psychotherapeutic skills and concepts is assumed for those who use the program. While others can certainly explore the field using the book or CD ROM, just as anyone can read a textbook in clinical psychology, the intended audience is the professional.

The EPI Companion Book supports the CD ROM. While either can be pursued independently, they are designed to be used in concert with one another. The recommended starting point for therapists with little background in Energy Psychology is The Promise of Energy Psychology book and the Introduction to Energy Psychology Video Seminar.
